Terms of Service
Last updated September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Amphibian Insurance Advisory. They are written for organizations and the people authorized to use the service on their behalf.
01
Accepting these terms
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02
The service
Insurance Advisory provides software for organizing insurance-related information, supporting analysis, and assisting professional workflows. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, the service does not bind coverage, issue a policy, make a final underwriting or claims decision, or replace the judgment of a licensed insurance professional.
03
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and promptly notify your organization of suspected unauthorized use. Your organization may manage your access, permissions, and content within its workspace.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless that activity results from a vulnerability in the service that we failed to address reasonably.
04
Customer content
You retain ownership of information, documents, instructions, and other material you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate and secure the service.
You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to submit customer content, including personal or confidential insurance information, and for configuring access appropriately within your organization.
05
AI-assisted functionality
Some features may use artificial intelligence to summarize information, suggest language, or support analysis. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation and must be reviewed before use.
You must not use AI-generated output as the sole basis for a decision that determines coverage, eligibility, pricing, a claim outcome, or another material consumer result. Qualified people remain responsible for final decisions and regulatory compliance.
06
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Violate law, regulation, contractual duties, or third-party rights.
- Make unlawfully discriminatory insurance or employment decisions.
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the service or another account.
- Attempt to access data, systems, or features without authorization.
- Reverse engineer or resell the service except where law permits otherwise.
07
Third-party services
The service may connect to third-party identity, infrastructure, analytics, and AI providers. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party products that you choose to connect or use separately.
08
Security and confidentiality
We will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the service. You remain responsible for choosing appropriate inputs, access controls, retention practices, and review procedures for your use case.
Any separate data processing, security, confidentiality, or business associate agreement signed by the parties controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
09
Fees and subscriptions
Fees, subscription periods, usage limits, renewal terms, and payment obligations will be stated in the applicable order or plan. Unless that order says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
10
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue first.
Rights and obligations that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including ownership, confidentiality, payment, warranty disclaimers, and limits of liability.
11
Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any generated output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a final insurance decision.
The final allocation of liability, excluded damages, and liability caps must be stated in an applicable order or a legally reviewed production version of these Terms.
12
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect when required.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to Amphibian AI, Inc. at info@amphibianai.com.
